The Spud Store

The Spud Store is a single-storey conversion on a working farm near Beer Crocombe, a few miles from Taunton. You get a proper sitting room downstairs with a Smart TV, a kitchen with a full cooker and washing machine, and upstairs a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a walk-in shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are provided, plus WiFi throughout. There's parking for one car on site and a garden to use.

The kitchen is set up for cooking proper meals rather than heating tins. The bedroom is on the upper floor, the living space and facilities on the ground floor. One small or medium dog is welcome. The location suits anyone after genuine countryside quiet rather than attractions—though Taunton is a short drive for shops, restaurants and the town centre. No smoking inside.
