The converted coaching inn has four bedrooms—two kings and a zip-and-link that splits into singles on the ground floor, plus a king and twin upstairs—spread across three bathrooms and a shower room. The main living areas centre on a large kitchen with island, a separate dining room and sitting room, both with log burners. Essential amenities like wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with heating and the first load of wood for the burners.

The property sits on the Bargany Estate grounds, where over 200 acres of woodland, gardens and river walks begin at your door. Roe deer and a variety of birdlife are regular sightings. There is private parking for four cars and space in the porch for boots, dogs and fishing gear. One pet stays free. Girvan, a working harbour town with shops, restaurants and boat trips, lies three miles away. Championship golf courses, castle visits and walks across South Ayrshire's landscape are all within easy reach. No smoking throughout.
