Badminton lies 3 miles away, Bristol and Bath are 12 miles south, and the Forest of Dean is within reach for a day out. Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust, Westonbirt Arboretum and Dyrham Park make for good half-day excursions, while the Cotswold Way and Monarch Way pass nearby for walking. The Wye Valley and Cardiff are reachable in under an hour. Locally there are golf, tennis and swimming facilities, with shops and pubs serving food about a mile away.

Bluebell Cottage sits on a working farm at the edge of Chipping Sodbury, with countryside views from the enclosed garden. Everything is on the ground floor: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, a second bedroom with two single beds (accessed through the first) and a wet room with grab rails, plus an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, and there is parking on site. The property sleeps four and is yours alone. No smoking.
