The Hall

You enter The Hall directly into a generous open-plan ground floor—living room, dining space and kitchen all in one. The living area centres on a wood burner set in a stone hearth, with a sofa bed, smart TV and French doors opening onto a private terrace. The kitchen is properly equipped: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. Initial logs for the burner are provided, along with wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels.

Upstairs is a single bedroom with a 5ft king bed and an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. The property sits on a 36-acre working farm in South Gloucestershire with its own parking for one car. There is no smoking inside. The setting suits walkers—the Cotswold Way crosses the land—and those wanting to step away from towns without going far. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
