Willis Barn

Willis Barn is a converted barn in Iron Acton that comes ready for entertaining. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; the open-plan living space includes dining for the group and a smart TV with an electric woodburner. Two bathrooms serve the bedrooms—one with ten single beds, the other with six singles and two bunks. Everything runs on electric central heating, and essentials like bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included.

Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a six-person hot tub, barbecue, firepit and substantial seating and dining furniture. Parking for eight cars sits on the property. The layout is all ground floor, making it practical for larger parties, families or groups celebrating together. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

Iron Acton sits between Bristol and Bath—twenty and thirty minutes away respectively—with straightforward access to the M32, M4 and M5. The Cotswolds lie within reach, as do villages like Tetbury and Castle Combe. No smoking inside the property.
