19 Salcombe Retreat

19 Salcombe Retreat works well for families or groups of up to six looking for a whole property to themselves. The lodge sits on ground level, with three bedrooms (one king, one double, two singles) and two bathrooms, so there's space enough that people aren't on top of each other. Everything you need for self-catering is here: a full kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus heating, electricity, bed linen and towels all covered.

The living space is open-plan, with doors opening onto a decked terrace where you can sit with a drink and look out over the surroundings. There's a barbecue too, should you want one. You get parking on site, and a small dog is welcome at no extra cost. The location means the beach is reachable on foot, and Salcombe itself is close by for restaurants and shops. No smoking inside the property.
