Bigbury-on-Sea draws visitors for its working beach and proximity to Burgh Island, reached by the famous sea tractor at high tide. 4 Coastguards sits in this prime beachfront location, a reverse-level house designed to take full advantage of the outlook. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: one double on the ground floor with an ensuite shower, and two further bedrooms with single beds each. A second bathroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, an open-plan living and dining space opens onto a decked balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all covered. Outside, a lawned garden has sun loungers and an outdoor shower—useful after a day on the sand. Two parking spaces are allocated to the property. No smoking is permitted inside.

Several cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Burgh Island and The Pilchard Inn are accessible from the beach when the tide allows.
