Newton Abbot and the South Hams sit at the heart of Devon's rolling countryside, and Anrán @ Tidwell Farm – Anrán Manor makes the most of this location. The property is a substantial eight-bedroom house that sleeps 17 across its three floors, set on acres of rural land where you have the place entirely to yourselves. Originally built in the 1840s, it has been updated throughout without losing its period character; the rooms combine older architectural details with contemporary comfort.
The ground floor contains two separate living areas – one with a smart TV, one without – plus a full dining room and a kitchen fitted with gas cooking, a dishwasher and the appliances needed to cook for a crowd. Upstairs, the eight bedrooms each have their own ensuite; four offer spa baths alongside showers, the others showers alone. Four bedrooms are kingsize, three are super kingsize, and one contains three single beds. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. A private heated swimming pool (7m × 3m) sits in the back garden, which has outdoor furniture; you can park four cars on site.
The grounds contain an unfenced pond, so this matters if you're bringing young children. One dog or cat stays free. The property does not permit smoking. It suits extended families, friend groups or anyone needing substantial space in the Devon countryside, with Landscove C of E Primary School nearby if that's relevant to your party.

Wow what a place! We booked the barns and the dairy kitchen for a hen do over Easter weekend and it blew our expectations out of the water. Not only was it beautifully and tastefully decorated and spotless, but the location is Stunning. Mike was so easy going and friendly, making us able to enjoy our weekend and relax. We also loved meeting his two gorgeous labs! Would 100% recommend for a very special hen party or wedding!

As a supplier, we have been here a few times over the years, and the place is absolutely stunning. Set in a lovely location, peaceful (apart from when a wedding is in full swing) and an Instagamers dream. We recently put a Photo Booth in to the venue for a wedding. Beautiful, the booth and the venue! Having been to 100's and 100's of venues, this has to be right up there in our top 3 or 4 for pure 'wow factor'.

We had the pleasure of filming a wedding here a few years ago. The venue is unlike any other we have visited. The outdoor ceremony space and glasshouse are fantastic! The grounds feature beautiful spots for wedding videography and photography. We thoroughly enjoyed shooting here and look forward to returning. James and Kylie (Storybox Films & Photography).

This one-of-a-kind venue, with its glass-walled barn surrounded by lush greenery, is a dream setting for modern, romantic weddings.
