Caerleon opens directly onto a single-storey layout where everything unfolds on ground level. Step in from the parking area and you're in a living and dining space with Freeview TV and DVD player, with patio doors leading straight through to a private courtyard furnished for sitting outside. Both bedrooms are on this floor too: one with a double bed and its own ensuite shower, the other with two singles. A second bathroom with bath and shower serves the second bedroom.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, along with the basics needed to cook proper meals. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Heating and hot water are covered. The courtyard garden furniture means you can eat or read outdoors, and there's parking on site.
