End House comes ready to use. Bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided, the heating is on, and you'll find a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all the rest. There's parking for two cars on the property, and the garden has a summer house, terrace and barbecue if you want to eat outside.
The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite on the first floor, two singles on the same level, and a double on the top floor. Two bathrooms serve the property, one with a bath and shower, one separate. Downstairs is a living and dining room with a smart TV and gas fire. The garden has steps and level changes within it.
Salcombe centre—shops, quays, the Boatstore—is less than ten minutes' walk away, but End House itself is in a quieter spot. The property does not permit smoking. Arrive after 15:00; depart before 10:00.
