You arrive at Malborough Park to find a bright, well-proportioned cottage with its own parking a short walk away. The entrance porch has storage for coats and shoes; inside, the ground floor splits into two distinct spaces. The sitting room has dual aspects and French doors opening onto the enclosed rear garden, where there's lawn and furniture for the warmer months. The kitchen and dining area flow together, equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, and the usual appliances—with an extendable table for eating in.

Upstairs, the larger bedroom has a kingsize bed and dual windows; the second bedroom has two singles. The bathroom holds a bath with shower overhead. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; the garden has some level changes, so worth knowing if you're bringing young children or have mobility concerns. One dog or cat is fine here.

Malborough village sits five minutes' drive from Salcombe town centre. North Sands, South Sands and Hope Cove are all within easy reach by car, and footpaths connect into the local countryside walks and the South West Coast Path.
