Inside are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and another with two singles, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle. The living and dining space has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for one car on site.

The flat does not accept children under five years old and is non-smoking throughout.
