Muffins
South Hams

Muffins occupies the upper floors of a Victorian semi in South Hams, positioned high enough to take in views across Salcombe's harbour, the estuary and out towards Snapes Point. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two with kingsize beds and ensuite or nearby bathroom access, and two with single beds each. A second bathroom serves the upper level. Downstairs, a living room with Freeview television and DVD player leads through to a kitchen-diner fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, making self-catering straightforward for a group.
Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, a decked garden area and summerhouse provide outdoor space; one car can be parked on site. The approach involves 26 steps to the entrance. Salcombe itself sits on a sandy beach suitable for swimming and water sports, with boat trips available along the estuary. The property does not permit smoking.
