Oakridge is a terraced house spread across three floors with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping seven. The accommodation comprises a living and dining room on the ground floor, where a full kitchen opens onto a patio garden with terrace, BBQ and summerhouse. Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a shower room, while the top floor holds a larger bedroom with its own ensuite and a single room. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and electricity are provided. There is parking for one car on site.

The property sits mid-way up Coronation Road in South Hams, a five-minute downhill walk from Salcombe's centre, its quays and shops. The patio garden offers space to unwind, with views toward Shadycombe Creek and the surrounding creeks. The house takes one well-behaved pet. Note that the grounds contain some drops. Smoking is not permitted inside.
