Otters Cottage

Otters Cottage is a five-bedroom property in South Hams with roof-top views toward Snapes and South Pool. There are eight sleeping spaces spread across two floors: a kingsize bed and two singles on the ground floor, plus three further bedrooms upstairs including one with a Juliet balcony. Two bathrooms serve the house. The ground floor contains the living and dining area, which opens via patio doors onto an enclosed garden with terrace, lawn, BBQ and furniture. One car space is available for parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with double electric ovens, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is provided, along with bed linen and towels. Gas central heating keeps the property warm. A local convenience store is a short walk away. The cottage suits families or groups; note there are three steps up to the entrance and further steps within the garden. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
