Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and the kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave for anyone wanting to cook properly.

The main living spaces are on the ground floor in open plan: a large area with dining, sitting room, smart TV and kitchen, plus a second sitting room with its own TV. Patio doors from both living areas open onto a substantial balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the estuary towards South Pool creek. Below, a terraced garden provides further outdoor space, though it does contain some drops that need care. There is parking on site and the property is within walking distance of shops and the quays. No smoking inside.
