Courtenay Street 24 is a Victorian townhouse in central Salcombe, on a quiet road within walking distance of the harbour, shops and seafront park. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms: a kingsize on the second floor with en-suite shower room, a double and two singles on the first floor served by a bathroom with bath and shower, and a bunk room on the ground floor. One dog is welcome.

The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The ground floor also has a separate dining room and living room with Freeview TV and sound system. An external utility room houses a washing machine and freezer. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, and gas central heating covers the colder months. The main attraction is the rooftop terrace in the courtyard, where you can see across the estuary to East Portlemouth; there are two sets of external steps to access it, including a fire escape staircase. Access to the garden area requires supervision if you have young children. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
