Rose Cottage

Families and larger groups will find Rose Cottage works well for a shared holiday. The four bedrooms sleep 11 across a mix of kingsize doubles, bunks and singles, with three bathrooms to keep mornings manageable. The property is yours alone—no other guests—and one dog can come free of charge. Parking for four cars is on site, with further space on the road outside.

The ground floor opens into a kitchen and dining area with an Aga, dishwasher and full-sized fridge, flowing through French doors to an enclosed garden where you can sit and eat outside, or use the barbecue. A separate living room has a woodburner (logs included to get you started) and plenty of seating. Upstairs, three of the bedrooms have kingsize beds; two of these have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The fourth bedroom holds a double-bunk and two singles, with access to the family bathroom. Laundry facilities and heating are provided, along with wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Salcombe and Kingsbridge are nearby for supplies and restaurants. The South Hams coastline—sandy beaches, cliff paths, the works—is within easy reach.
