Shadycombe Lodge

The South Hams coastline has plenty within reach of Shadycombe Lodge. A five-minute walk takes you to the town centre, its shops and the quays. The property itself is a converted coach house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, set in a quiet residential area with private off-road parking for two cars.

The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave, plus a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. One bedroom is on this level, with patio doors opening onto a courtyard with outdoor furniture. Upstairs, a galleried living room with a DVD player and doors to a Juliet balcony connects to two further bedrooms. All three bedrooms have ensuite facilities—one a wet room with shower, one a full bath, and one a shower cubicle. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. One small dog is welcome, and smoking is not permitted.
