Stonehanger 1

Salcombe's waterfront draws visitors year-round, with its mix of independent shops, seafood restaurants and water sports. Stonehanger 1 is a short walk away, occupying the ground floor of a residential building with direct access to a private garden and terrace. One dog is welcome to stay.

Everything is on one level: a living room with sofa bed and smart TV opens onto a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, while an enclosed lawn sits beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob. One bedroom contains a king bed; the other has two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking fits two cars or one car and a boat. The property does not permit smoking.

A travel cot and highchair are available. Hourly buses run to Kingsbridge and Totnes from the nearby stop. The estuary and beaches of East Portlemouth are accessible by ferry from the town centre.
