Upper Deck is a first floor apartment resting within Dartmouth. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom, with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room. Outside, you will find a small decked area with seating and a permit parking pass. Upper Deck is a superb base for exploring this part Devon.

First-floor apartment. Two bedrooms; 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request). Bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting/dining room. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Gas central heating. Fridge with ice-box, table top freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bed linen, tea towels and bath mat inc. in rent. You will need to bring your own towels. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Unreserved Permit parking.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Decked area with furniture. Strictly No Smoking. No pets allowed. Pub and shop within 0.2 mile. Note: feature fire place is not to be used
