Riverside Cottage

Spalding sits along the River Welland, a market town with Georgian architecture, independent shops and restaurants within easy reach of the town centre. Riverside Cottage is a five-bedroom house that sleeps 10, positioned to take advantage of the riverside setting and within walking distance of the high street. The whole property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Downstairs there is a living and dining room with Freeview Smart TV, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer and washing machine are all there. Two double bedrooms and a shower room complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a kingsize and two doubles, all with Freeview TV, served by a bathroom with both bath and shower and an ensuite shower room attached to the kingsize. The house is heated by gas central heating; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

An enclosed back garden with sitting-out area and a bike store are at your disposal. Three cars can park on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house is non-smoking. There are steps to the entrance and within the garden, which matters if mobility is a consideration.
