Staff wasn’t welcoming, last night We ordered chips and we asked for some spicy sauce or any spice, lady said straight no on face even though they had extra pepper sachets!! This felt so bad. Poor service. Chips were good in quality.

What has happened to the three shells South end Landmark? The last three visits I have made to Southend it hasn't been open. It was a family tradition to park up and start our day at the three shells for breakfast. On this occasion quite recently, even the tidal lagoon, play area and paddle pond was fenced off. It looked ugly and made the whole area look very uninviting.such a shame 😔😔😔😔😔

The epitome of no-frills seaside dining. Feels like a canteen inside, very noisy and not the cleanest. The fish and chips were ok. The fish is a overly battered and very greasy. Tried the burger which was also passable - again, it's no frills but I would say slightly pricey. Nearly £9 for fish and chips. Also the doughnuts were very heavy, and were flat, not exactly puffy or airy at all, and greasy. I did appreciate that the staff were very polite though and did their best with some really rowdy customers, and accomdated a table of 6 of us.

Ordered 2 king kone ice creams . Asked if they did sprinkles .he just said yea but didnt tell me it was an extra £1 . I literally received about 20 sprinkles ABSOLUTE RIP OFF . I wouldn't have the nerve to charge £1 for sprinkles let alone barely give you any . NEVER GOING BACK HERE !!!!!!!
