My daughter and I have just had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The women who runs it is incredible friendly and very family orientated. She gave me great advice about the area and was on hand at all times when we needed her. We will definitely return to stay again soon! The rooms where very clean and well kitted out. We had stayed in 3 different hotels during our time in Southport and this was the only one where it felt as if proper care had to be tacked in regards to the present pandemic. Highly recommend

Room was clean and tidy. Bev the landlady was very welcoming and accommodating, going out of her way especially for the kids. Great location, a few minutes walk to everywhere. Will definitely book to stay again when we next visit Southport

Absolutely brilliant. Extremely clean and Bev goes above and beyond. We stayed in room 5 very spacious, a new bathroom. It's like home from home. Bev is such a lovely woman. We had a lovely suprise bacon butties in the morning. The fridge in our room was stocked with cold milk, water and cans of coke. There is an extra duvet and a hair dryer. The TV works wonders too which in some hotels we have stayed in they either have the remotes missing or a very low signal but not here. We have booked up again and I can't wait to come back. Stayed here with my husband & our 3 young grandchildren, & from the minute we arrived we was made to feel welcome 🤗 our room was spacious & on ground level which was amazing soon as though we had 2 three yr olds & a five yr old. Had everything we needed from kettle, fridge & towels, thought the kids might have been a bit loud but no everyone was lovely it’s a 100% child friendly which made my stay much more relaxed. There was parking & we was two minutes away from all the amenities & a big children’s park the beach was 5/10 mins walk. Loads of bars takeaways & restaurants at the end of the road & two big curry restaurants 1 across from us one two doors down that also done takeouts ! We went out after our 1st night & came back to a spotless room, beds made & clean towels which was just amazing we also all got a hot bacon toast delivered to our room each morning which I had not included when booking so that was wonderful as well 🤤 kids loved it & it felt more homely then a big hotel will 100% be staying here again & hopefully this will be my new go to when I visit Southport 🤩 Definitely a 10/10 all round. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
