We had a lovely visit! We loved the selection of cheeses and deli options. The restaurant is really superb and has plenty of seating. The food is excellent and the parking spacious.

Farm shop & cafe, and Brickfield Barn. There are two buildings that share the same, large car park. We visited the farm shop and cafe first for a Friday lunch. Its got lots of seating, quality food and the staff are lovely. What a fab selection of cakes! The butter scotch slice was my favourite of the ones we chose. The farm shop area was nice, not over priced like some I've been to. Its a new, mondern building with nice, new facilities. The Brickfield Barn building is a shop for gifts and homeware with lots of items for sale. There's a good selection for most tastes and worth a visit.

Never been to this fabulous farm shop before. Had driven past many times, and it didn't disappoint when I called in today. Excellent local produce and an amazing breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend a visit, if you're in the area. Will certainly go back. #Foodie #LocalProduce #Nottinghamshire #FarmShop

Maxey’s Farm Shop provided one of the best experiences and meals I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The outdoor seating area overlooks a beautiful green field, creating a peaceful atmosphere that really connects you with nature. We ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich with a salad and the soup of the day both were absolutely delicious! The portions were enough for two adults and a child. It cost us £21, which we felt was great value for the quality and quantity. The shop itself was lovely, offering a wide variety of products. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and fresh. Another great bonus is the free car parking, which makes visiting even more convenient. If there’s one suggestion I’d make, it would be to add a small playground area for children that would make it even more family-friendly. Overall, Maxey’s is well worth the visit great food, great service, and a charming environment. Highly recommended!
