Absolutely NEGATIVE! My parter and I missed our flight from Liverpool due to a breakdown on the motorway and unusually heavy traffic. I called up to advise the situation (In distress and upset) ….. and the inconsiderate host just laughed down the phone!!!!!

The only downside to our stay was the lack of hand-rails on the outside of the building and on the main inner staircase...the staff were lovely
