We had 6 nights at the Grand, and we enjoyed it immensely. Lovely room (301) with a separate living room and balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were really nice, and we got the impression that every single one of them wanted us to have a nice stay. Great location, bus stop just across the road, pubs and restaurants nearby. Recommended.

A fabulous hotel directly opposite the beach and the ferry to Elizabeth castle. The service is really good. Breakfast is extensive and lots of options. Sit outside on a balmy summer evening and have snacks, a meal or just drinks. A lovely atmosphere throughout.

I recently stayed at the Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa and had such a memorable experience, largely thanks to one outstanding member of staff—Thomas. Thomas was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly funny, personable, and genuinely friendly. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, and throughout our stay, he went out of his way to make every day feel that little bit more special. What really stood out was how caring and considerate he was. It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much effort into making guests feel valued, and Thomas did exactly that. He consistently went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference to our experience. He really made our stay special, and we would like to sincerely thank him. Thanks to Thomas, we would absolutely choose to stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel—not just for its facilities and location, but for the exceptional service.

Room was really well kept, with great amenities and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were amazing, really attentive and helpful, always available to assist us and they were overall great. This hotel is in the heart of the city and really close to everything you’ll need so its in a great place. I had a really great time.
