About Premier Inn Jersey St Helier Charing Cross

Walk into a room at Premier Inn Jersey St Helier Charing Cross and you get the reliable basics done well: an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and drinks available in the room, spread across a four-floor hotel with 91 rooms and a lift for easy access. Accessible rooms are also available, and the overall feel is unfussy and comfortable rather than plush.

Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar for breakfast and evening meals, free WiFi throughout, and 24 hour reception for whenever you arrive. Chargeable parking is available nearby, useful given the central St Helier location near Charing Cross.

The setting puts you within reach of La Haule Beach and the ferry docks, with golf, fishing, watersports and entertainment all nearby, plus a good spread of pubs and restaurants close by for evenings out. It's a practical base for exploring Jersey rather than a destination in itself.

stayed here for a week in april and it was a lovely stay. our room was clean and had no issues. the staff were very accommodating and helpful. you can also leave your luggage at the hotel before you check in, and once you’ve checked out to shop around so you don’t have to bring it with you, and the staff keep it safe. the breakfast was brilliant - it’s a “help your self” service with tons of food on offer and it was tasty. same with the dinner, the menu has a lot to offer with a broad range of choices and it was great. it’s also in a convenient location, with the bus terminus being about a 5 minute walk away, and about 10-15 minutes to the harbor (if you’re traveling by ferry). it’s also in the middle of st helier with shops everywhere, as well as a co op underneath which is convenient for snacks. would really recommend this hotel. just as a bonus - if you have brought your car with you there is no on site parking, the nearest site is sand street car park which you do have to pay for, but it’s only about a minute away.

Perfect location for a quick visit to the island. The bus station is close to get anywhere you want. Rooms were good as normal for Premier Inn. We bought some wine for our room and the staff gave us some glasses and left a corkscrew in the room for us. Breakfast is a self service buffet so fill up for the day.

I have stayed at this hotel each time i have visited jersey the last couple of times was just great. Its a good location in the town and close to the hys station as well. During this stay I was rather dissapointed with my stay. The room was lovely I only had one meal the night before checkout. I was dissapointed in the fact that when I got to the hotel to check in I was waiting around for a good half hour even though a member of staff saw me and asked if I needed help and I did say I was checking in. The staff then carried on going about doing their thing and finally came over to me to check me in. The same with when I went down to the restaurant for dinner I was waiting around for at least 45 minutes before someone came over to seat me. I have got a booking for 16th till 19th August but am in 2 minds whether to stay there again
