Large, spacious rooms which seem dated on website photos but in reality are modern enough. Very helpful and efficient staff at reception. Great location by the harbour, and an easy if not particularly scenic 10-15 minute walk into the city centre of St Helier. The bed was large and comfortable, no sleep issues. The only minor issue with the room was that the hooks on the back of the bathroom door were broken. Good wifi, but the the TV channel selection left something to be desired as it didn't seem to have most Freeview channels. The gym was decent. Breakfast could have been better quality, especially the scrambled eggs which didn't look fresh. But there was a good selection of food overall. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again! Note that at the time of stay there was scaffolding around the harbour-facing exterior, but this did not affect the experience in any way as the room provided faced towards the city.

Just come back from a 4 day stay and disappointed that we we were not officially told the hotel was undergoing major exterior renovations which we found out by a review prior to arriving and our Panoramic Suite which we had booked for our 55th wedding anniversary was not available. After some negotiations before we arrived a discount was offered but on arrival we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite even with the discount. Staff excellent and very helpful especially when my wife lost her phone and we will definitely go there again in the near future and when the renovations are complete.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position. Overlooking marina and Elizabeth Castle. Staff are superb. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend a bed and breakfast stay. The breakfast is a buffet with everything you could possibly want! Delicious! Full up until dinner!

The hotel is placed at one of the best locations in St Helier- close to bus stops, eateries, attraction which includes elizabeth castle, museums. Th staffs are the best. They will become your friends in one night. The hotel per night price may seem high compared to other hotels but it is worth spending that amount given the perquisites you get staying there. Amazing easter decoration and rooms are quite big enough with all requisite things one can need
