The staff were brilliant. In particular those on reception. It's always nice when those on reception take the time to have a chat. The pool was shaded from the wind so was a sun trap. Decor was dated however the price point is very reasonable, and we found the hotel to be very clean throughout.

The hotel was so lovely and clean. Everything was perfect. The staff couldn't do enough for you. They were very helpful and friendly The pool area was great, plenty of room and the pool was clean. Breakfast was lovely Definitely be coming back next year but for longer this time

A lovely hotel with very good standards. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. All staff were friendly and willing to do anything for you. Pool area is great. Service in a hotel just how it should be. Bus stop right outside. Great bus service on the island. Definitely would return

My Wife & I had a week in June 26 at The Norfolk Hotel & it was very pleasant from arrival & throughout. The staff are all friendly & helpful, the breakfast service was excelent as was the breakfast itself. The room was kept clean & stocked up & of a good size. Our only slight niggle was that the doors on the closers banged shut & too many of the residents were not reasonable enough to keep hold of them, some more modern closers would help to avoid this. Would we recommend yes we would, would we stay again yes we would.
