About The Club Hotel and Spa
A rooftop bar is the kind of detail that sets The Club Hotel and Spa apart from the usual St Helier stay, giving guests somewhere to take in the town before heading back down to sleek, air-conditioned rooms. With 46 rooms in total, the hotel has a contemporary, polished feel throughout, and it sits within easy reach of Grouville Beach for those wanting sand and sea alongside the town setting.
Facilities run to an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa with sauna, making it a reasonable base for guests who want to unwind rather than just pass through. The on-site restaurant has built a strong following, and there's a bar for evening drinks as well as breakfast served each morning. Practical extras include free WiFi, free on-site parking, air conditioning, a lift, luggage storage, porter and concierge services, and meeting rooms for those combining business with leisure.
The hotel also handles weddings, with a garden space adding to its appeal for events. Airport parking or transfer options are available too, useful for those arriving by plane. It's a hotel built around comfort and polish rather than budget simplicity, with the rooftop bar and restaurant doing much of the work in making a stay here memorable.

Had a wonderful stay here over Easter. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming. Thank you to Jasmine and Christopher - you really are an asset to this hotel. The spa is nice, with warm indoor pool and a steam / salt room. Our room was fantastic, comfy beds, great shower, tv with Netflix, etc. The breakfast in the hotel was second to none. Oatmilk was available, lovely poached eggs on sourdough, fresh fruits, good tea/coffee and attentive waiting staff. Couldn't fault it. Location was great - easy walk to town, Liberation Square, Royal Square, indoor market, beach front. Glad we didnt hire a car as everything is easily reached by bus or excursion which is worth it for all the historical info included. Would I stay again....you bet!! Thank you for an amazing break Club Hotel and Spa.

Overall good for a couple of nights. 5 minute taxi ride from the ferry port, depending on the traffic. Easy walk to the main shopping area. Absolutely lovely staff. Really friendly and always willing to help. They really make the place. The continental breakfast is basic but OK. I've had much better in 3 star hotels. The rooms are decent enough but for a 5 star there aren't even basic charger ports in the rooms. Sadly let down by dirty cups and spoons from previous guests, and the soap holders in the bath were full of months worth of old soap build up. Also cobwebs in public areas and sad neglected terrace.

We had a delightful experience for a 1 night staycation. The staff could not have been friendlier and attentive with it being our first time staying. The room service breakfast is unlimited and included in the breakfast package, which was a lovely little feature. Full stocked bar (at an extra cost per item) but use of locally sourced amenities which was nice. It was quiet but with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely recommend and come back again. We left feeling looked after🙂

Hotel is wonderful, food was absolutely crap. It was late at night as our flight had been delayed so had to stay in a hotel. Was really looking forward to staying hear as id heard so many positives. Staff where a little over run with the people off the plane, they did a wonderful job very pleasant and helpful in a stressful situation. Not knowing the area well, hadn't realised that the entrance was not disable friendly. Upon arrival we waited over a hour for a drink. No ones fault dud to shortage of staff, but a drink was much needed. Woke early to fly back home and to my disbelief the shower was luke-warm no material what we did. Breakfast was also not included. Would stay again if given the opportunity, would just be a little more optimistic next time. As overall I was personally a little disappointed.
