This hotel is pristine from top to bottom. Loved our room on the fourth floor, with a amazing view of the harbour. Breakfast was of a high standard, amazing quality and plenty of choice. We both think its the best hotel we've ever stayed in, but best of all is the hotel staff who make this hotel what it is, truly superb.

Having just returned from staying at this hotel,my wife and I were very impressed with the hotel as a whole but especially the staff who were very friendly,polite and helpful. The food was very good especially the breakfast.The hotel itself is extremely well situated right in the heart of the town. The bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The cafe bar was really handy as the main restaurant is a tad on the expensive side.

Excellent and very central hotel (just opposite the bus station) with clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast in the main restaurant is a particular highlight with made to order eggs and lots of vegetarian options. I want to praise the staff in the main breakfast restaurant who looked after my family with a particular shout out to Himanshu who went through extra mile to ensure we had a great experience

After the initial disappointment of hearing that our flight had been cancelled due to fog and realising that a later flight option would mean us missing our onward journey by train, we decided to accept the offer (by a fella at BA check-in desk) to fly the following day instead. He arranged for my wife and I to stay in POMME D'OR in St Helier. I'm so glad we chose to stay. Once we were back in St Helier, we checked in and enjoyed a delicious light lunch in the hotel's café bar courtesy of BA. A few hours later we were back but this time in another restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel. The meal was amazing, and once again courtesy of BA. The room we were allocated was absolutely perfect, impeccably clean and comfortable. We had had a very stressful few days helping my father-in-law who is suffering from dementia and we were exhausted. The stay at this hotel was just what we needed. This morning we headed back to the 1st floor for breakfast. What a feast. Thank you BA once again! To conclude I want to say that this experience in this wonderful hotel has been unforgettable. Literally EACH member of staff we interacted with was outstanding in their professionalism, friendliness, service and ability 'connect' with us. You have a remarkable team. We only got the name of 3 people: JUN HIMANSHU VIKAS ....but ALL were truly great. Thank you BA but equally, thank you Hotel POMME D'OR! We've found our new 'BEST HOTEL.'
