You step straight into a single-storey layout where everything spreads across one floor. The living and dining space opens onto a patio garden, so the boundary between indoors and the surrounding farmland feels almost dissolved. The kitchen is separate but compact—electric oven, hob and microwave mean you can cook proper meals rather than relying on a microwave. Two bedrooms (a double and two singles) and a shower room complete the footprint.
The Cart Shed sits on a working farm near Wolseley Bridge, among grazing fields and open countryside. From the enclosed garden you look out onto this landscape; there's patio furniture and a private parking space for two cars. Dogs stay free and have a secure space to move about. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.
The location opens onto country footpaths and riverside walks without leaving the property edge. Wolseley Centre, a nature reserve run by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, lies a short distance away, and Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers walking and cycling routes further afield. There are three steps within the garden itself; the entrance has two. No smoking inside.
