Headlands Farm

Headlands Farm is a restored farmhouse on the edge of moorland, arranged over two floors with direct access to walking country. Ground level holds a living room with Smart TV opening into a kitchen and dining space, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms—a double and a bunk room—plus a shower room. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking; large doors and windows frame the surrounding landscape. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there is an electric car charging point on site.

Three cars can park on the property. One small dog stays free. The moorland immediately around the farm offers miles of walking routes without needing to drive. Buxton town centre, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants, is under ten minutes away by car; the Opera House runs a weekly programme and the Pavilion Gardens and Crescent Spa are both worth visiting. Nearby villages—Leek, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock—add further options for days out. There are two steps leading into the garden. The property is non-smoking.
