Clarence Cottage is a converted barn sleeping two, set on a working farm near Leek. The ground floor is open plan, with a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, a living area with a smart TV, and space to eat. Upstairs, a galleried bedroom with a kingsize bed connects to a shower room. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi and parking for one car.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden has furniture for sitting out, and beyond that lies a shared garden area overlooking the fields. A bike store is available if you want to explore further afield. The Manifold Trail, a popular cycling and walking route, starts at Waterhouses nearby. Several pubs are within half an hour on foot. Because this is an active farm, expect early morning sounds from farm animals. The property does not suit families with children, other than very young babies.
