What visitors say
This is my local cinema, so I use it regularly and really appreciate it being in walking distance. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there is online booking to reserve a seat. It isn't an enormous cinema but the screens are a good size, the sound systems are good and the seating is comfortable. My only complaint is the so called "booking fee": I'd expect a discount for buying a non-refundable advance ticket, saving the cinema on labour costs and taking all the risk on myself if unable to attend.

A nice place to see films - comfy seats, temperature controlled and good sized screens too. There are stinks, snacks and hot food available... not especially cheap mind, but I think you'd be able to take your own sweets if you wanted. The cost of tickets is competitive too.

Love this cinema! Very nice inside - not too warm, not too hot. Have many toilets and queues are minimal if any. There is a little seating area if needing to wait and lots of food services. Inside the screens is everything you could ask for - the seats are amazingly comfortable and no seat has a blocked view of the screen. Would definitely recommend this cinema!

Awful customer service. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. The escalator was switched off again. It's meant to be switched off when it's not busy. However, this was a Friday evening. Next, a very simple problem to solve. Mixed popcorn should be mixed as advertised, not layered. Having bought three large boxes, at a cost of 17.85, when asked whether I could get another box so I could mix the contents, I was offered a pick and mix bag, smaller than an airline sick bag! It's impossible to mix. According to the manager, it is too expensive to offer me another cardboard box, but it's not too expensive to offer me a pick and mix bag. If so, then have a bucket behind the counter to mix it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist. Having gone to the cinema with my family and spent almost 80 pounds on tickets and refreshments, I would expect better from a manager who clearly can not manage and needs a course on customer service. No wonder the cinema industry is going down the pan. Will be taking my custom elsewhere.
