Avoid at all costs, absolutely vile place! The stench of old chip fat/oil hits you before you even enter this building (with half the render hanging off the external walls first impressions weren’t great). An absolutely filthy place (see pics of the kitchen door 🤢). However environmental health hasn’t shut this place down is a miracle. Some of the reviews for this place must be either made up or left by staff members or their family. If I could give it minus stars I would!! Upon entering the alley, I thought wow this is gross, but we’d gone as a family of six to have fun… so I thought ride with it! However, nothing about the alley was fun! The guide rails didn’t work, and were hanging and obstructing the lanes so you couldn’t play properly. The computer (that scores for you) does what it wants regarding scoring, it was giving everyone strikes when there were still pins standing! The pins kept getting stuck (I had to go to the reception a total of 7 times in half an hour). When I complained to the manager and ask for a refund, she said they don’t give refunds, but they could give me a voucher to use another time… I won’t be back… ever! Absolutely worst experience of my life… I honestly have never been to such a smelly, vile and filthy place.. ever!!! Needs a massive deep clean and an investment of cash to bring it out of the 1980’s - go to Hollywood bowl in Derby, a much more enjoyable experience! Avoid 🤢

Avoid!! The dirtiest place i have ever been. We didn't stay for more than half an hour as I didn't want the children around the filth. It's not even any cheaper than tenpin or Hollywood bowl, so definitely go there instead. The place needs shutting down, which is such a shame as I have been coming here for years but its run down beyond repair now, staff could still make it a little better by actually cleaning it though.

This establishment offers excellent value, underscored by attractive promotions and a welcoming staff. The diverse range of activities ensures a satisfying experience for all visitors. Furthermore, the reasonable pricing of beverages contributes positively to the overall affordability. Consequently, patrons are likely to find themselves eager to return for another visit. This combination of factors makes it a highly commendable choice. 5 stars from me.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. A bit run-down, but the staff are friendly, and the actual machinery works like a treat. There were no malfunction situations at all compared to the Ten Pin in Nottingham.
