What visitors say
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Gamekeeper lodge at Portnellan. It was ideal for our group, clean and comfortable and Cameron was excellent with communication from the point of booking, the lead up to our visit and during our stay too. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in Pinemartin which was just perfect and had the most amazing views. We loved to just sit out on the balcony enjoying them and listening to the birds. Cameron, our host, was very welcoming and nothing seemed to be a bother. I couldn't recommend it enough. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. We could recommend a cruise on Loch Katrine, visit to Kinlochlaich gardens, the Crannog Centre and for amazing views a train trip from Crianlarich to Mallaig. Although if you do take the train make sure to book your seats in advance as it gets very full and also book a table in Mallaig if you want to eat there.

We had a wonderful stay at Deerstalker Lodge at Portnellan. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and immaculate, with everything you could possibly need. It felt so cosy, especially with the fire, and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was stunning, with both a bath and shower, plus luxurious bath robes provided. Everything was spotless and very thoughtfully prepared. The on-site facilities were excellent, with a lovely waterfall nearby and plenty of gorgeous walks right on the doorstep. The location was perfect - quiet, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Cameron was an incredible host - very responsive, thoughtful, and clearly cares about making sure guests have the best possible stay. We felt very well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you again Cameron

We had a lovely 4-night stay in the Red Stag lodge during our trip to Scotland. The lodge was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views and plenty of space throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.
