Posting on behalf of a family member Very disappointing experience. Sadly, the customer service at Crazy Corner completely ruined what should have been a special family celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The staff were unfriendly, dismissive and spoke to us in an unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional manner. A children’s play centre should be a welcoming, friendly environment where families feel comfortable, but this was the complete opposite. We chose to leave and spend our money elsewhere, where we received excellent customer service and a genuinely warm welcome. Judging by the number of people who have contacted me after sharing my experience, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in customer service training, as no family should be made to feel so unwelcome.

I highly recommend crazy corner my daughter had her birthday party today and she had the best time. Thank you to sue and all the staff they went above and beyond for us all so helpful and the food was lovely everyone commented on how nice the food was, and how nice the staff were so polite and professional we had a brilliant time celebrating our daughters birthday party thank you all so much for such a fantastic afternoon x

Zero stars for this absolute dive if it would let me! Avoid this place like the plague! Absolute rip off and an extremely rude, horrible woman running the kitchen which i assume is the manager After paying a fortune for entry, we ordered food and drinks and given the bacon buns we ordered were £5.25 we expected more than this. Especially after waiting nearly an hour! Poor kids were starving. We were not told of the wait time when we ordered, and when it did finally arrive the bun was dry with no butter, 2 vile rashers of cheap greasy bacon, no ketchup or sauce which we asked for and were still made to wait for some sauce by which point we just didn't want it anymore. Refused to give us a refund and spoke to us with an aggressive attitude, stating 'what's your problem' making me feel intimidated before I'd even spoken. I said it was that late I didn't want my lunch at 2pm and would be having tea soon of which she commented back in a clever aggressive manner 'it's only 2pm.' Horrible woman. Awful service, will never step foot in the hole again, wants shutting down!
