About Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees Preston Farm

An adjoining Brewers Fayre restaurant is the standout feature at Premier Inn Stockton-on-Tees Preston Farm, giving guests a proper sit-down option for breakfast and dinner without leaving the site. The hotel sits just off the A66 on Yarm Road, making it an easy stop for anyone passing through or visiting Stockton-on-Tees town centre nearby.

The hotel spans two floors and holds 80 rooms, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms and drinks available in room. Rooms are generally kept clean and quiet, and breakfast draws particular praise for its freshly cooked hot food. Staff are consistently described as friendly and professional, though the building itself has been flagged by some as showing its age in places.

A bar on site adds to the evening options alongside the restaurant, and free on-site parking is available for those arriving by car. The surrounding area offers golf, fishing, horse riding and entertainment nearby, plus a choice of pubs and restaurants close by for guests who fancy exploring beyond the hotel grounds.

Stay here when we go to Yarm, really cheap with an uber to get there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable usually clean, and quiet if over looking the back, summer need to use the fan. Breakfast is good but be aware there is now a wetherspoons next door!

We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly and kind. We witnessed some very difficult customers and the staff handled it brilliantly. I slept well in a comfy bed. The breakfast was cooked by a lovely lady who handled everything with care and professionalism. The team here are brilliant. Another fab stay at a Premier Inn.

Milad provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay at Premier Inn. Always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with a smile. He made check-in smooth and ensured every guest felt valued and comfortable. A true asset to the reception team — thank you, Milad, for making our experience memorable!

Terrible over £150 (which is super expensive for a premier inn, I've never paid this much) for the room and breakfast. "Accessible" room was through five doors ,at the very back of the hotel. It was dirty and dusty everywhere, even on the TV screen and desk. The corridors stank of meth being smoked in rooms. The breakfast was diabolical, hard sausage, dried out hash brown, brittle greasy bacon like cardboard and rubber eggs and clumpy beans. I've never had a bad experience at a premier inn before, Ive stayed in many all over the country. My dad picked me up, they wouldn't let him come to my room to help with my bags, so in a wheelchair, with several bags and five doors to negotiate I had to struggle alone. Worst premier inn experience ever. I can not recommend this venue at all.
