A great park for children, but we went specifically to see the museum. The cafe had a good selection of snacks and were efficient, the place was very clean. The exhibition was interesting and staff are avaliable for any questions. Loved the Victorian Street, we're you could visit the sweet shop. Don't forget to go upstairs too, as there was so much more to be seen there too.

Visited here with my five year old who absolutely loved it. You pay once per day so if the little ones want to go back round after playing on the park it's fine. There are two sections here. 1) The butterfly's 2) A lizard / meerkat section. Within the butterfly section there are some koi carp in a little pond. You basically what round all the plants and watch all the butterflys. There are so many in the area it's really good. I would definitely recommend for anyone with you g kids

I really enjoyed Preston Park Museum & Grounds it was absolutely incredible! 😁 I want to go again I had the best time! There's lots of history to look at. The winter garden and an outside garden are just so beautiful! The Victorian street is really fun to look around and you can get an idea on what Eaglescliffe looked like all those years ago. The exhibition for La Voix was fabulous! I got myself a magnet with La Voix on. The massive park is really good to spend time outside on walks. From the train station it wasnt a far walk. I will definitely revisit this place. I was so upset leaving.

Preston park was always a place enjoyed as a child and still do to this day. A lot of necessary renovation work so armoury was off limits. Wonderful staff who were consistently friendly. What made the visit was the last Voix meet and greet/exhibition. To have such a wide and varied attendance or all ages and abilities. Apologies for not getting names but had a fantastic chat with the lady who was stood at the exhibit for la voix (Pauline i think so sorry if wrong) who made time to take about the community in the area..the other gentleman (who only works a fri) on the flowers exhibition again (as with all staff)was passionate about his job and clearly enjoyed his role. The flowers exhibit was so emmersive and from babies up enjoyed it. The old street was as I remember and thank you to all again for making this a safe space for so many in the community and celebrating success and difference. Thank you. Aside from this..admission for a yearly pass to return as many times in the year is more than worth it. Family friendly with both play park and interactive spaces..nice cafe.
