What visitors say
Fantastic place. Beautiful birds, very knowledgeable and passionate staff, well kept place. Excellent value for money. Got the half day experience for my twins on their 16th birthday and to say that they loved it would be a serious understatement. There”s benches where you can sit and eat your packed lunch and they do incredible flying demonstrations with these stunning birds of prey that take your breath away.

First time visit with our 2.1/2 yr old grandaughter on Easter Sat. At £8 entry this is very good value. Free for children up to 4 I think. We caught the 3.30 display which was good and close up. There’s a good collection of birds and it’s a good flow round. The birds and pens looked very well looked after. The handlers are so friendly and clearly love their work. We each had a lovely visit. Highly recommended. Accessed through Webbs where there are toilets and a nice cafe, table service. Decent size car park too.

What a great little place, I could stay all day just looking at the birds. My favourite was Goliath, the sweetest little owl who made pathetic mewing noises that made my heart melt. I just wanted to take him home with me! I visited with two other adults but I could see some families and the kids all looked to have a good time, so I would recommend this place for all age ranges. Price of entry was very reasonable for the amount of time you can spend here, especially if you catch a fly session which was easily the best hour of entertainment I've experienced in a long time, despite Nugget the Bateleur doing a runner!

Just amazing!! The staff were very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They are clearly very passionate about the birds, & some of the birds clearly have their favourite handlers - nuzzling, asking for head scratches etc. Brought the ultimate handling experience for my wife & I was in the arena as a paid observer taking hundreds of photos.... Wife got to handle sooooo many birds, from an tiny American Kestrel to huge eagles!! Was worth every penny ♥️ No idea on the 1 star reviews (some hadn't even visited). The staff were wonderful, but there are handlers NOT customer service staff. Just because they don't greet you like overly exuberant American waiters, doesn't mean they're rude. The birds are very well cared for, & if they didn't want to be handled they were simple returned to their aviary, but they were all calm & welcoming of other visitors.
