About The Moat
A no-frills escape in rural Warwickshire, The Moat offers spacious grass pitches on a flat field just off the B4632, about a mile from Quinton village. The setup is refreshingly simple – toilets, showers, washing-up facilities and a chemical disposal point – but that's part of the appeal for campers after a quiet, budget-friendly base. Pitches are generous enough for awnings and gazebos, and kids have room to run about. Dogs are welcome year-round, kept on leads.
Location is a real strength: a greenway starts across the road for cycling straight into Stratford-upon-Avon, while the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and countless country walks are all within easy reach. The village has a shop, pub and takeaway, with a couple more pubs a short drive away. It can feel a little basic if you're after bells and whistles, but for a straightforward stopover near Stratford, it fits the bill nicely.

Lovely visit. Plenty of space on a level field. Owners very friendly and helpful. You can hear road noise but, in my experience, most sites do. However, very peaceful at night which is the most important thing. Very close to Stratford apon Avon. There are shops a short drive away.

A nice campsite ran by a lovely couple, dog friendly with a good toilet and shower block. A very short drive into Stratford upon Avon, and plenty of nice walking around!

Great place to stay overnight with your camper or motor home. Excellent value for money. Has all you need. Water shower, toilets, toilet waste disposal. Would definitely come back again. Great hosts Stuart and Margaret.
