The Old Stable

The Old Stable is a converted stone barn on the edge of Dursley, a market town in Gloucestershire. Everything is on the ground floor except the bedroom, which sits on a mezzanine level above the open-plan living space. There's a sitting area with a sofa and armchair, a dining section, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom has a super king bed, and a shower room serves the property. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a paved courtyard with garden furniture provides a spot to sit in the sun, and the garden itself is fully enclosed. Parking for two cars is on site. One small to medium-sized dog is welcome here; the owner may also consider other pets on request. No smoking is permitted.

The location offers direct access across farmland to the Cotswold Way, with an extensive network of local footpaths nearby. Dursley town centre—home to an 18th-century market house and a 13th-century parish church—is a short walk away, with shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. The property suits walkers and those seeking a base within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
