Three Ways is a stone semi-detached house positioned on higher ground with far-reaching views across to the River Severn and the Stroud Valley beyond. The building sits within reach of countryside walks, yet less than a mile from Stroud town centre with its farmers market and independent shops. The Lypiatt area offers immediate access to rambling routes, while the Cotswolds' honey-coloured villages—Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden—are within an hour's drive.
Ground floor comprises a living room with woodburner and Freeview, a kitchen/dining room equipped for cooking, and a sun room with another television. The utility room houses a washing machine. A bathroom with spa bath completes this level. Upstairs, bedroom one has a super king bed and ensuite shower; bedroom two offers a king bed with access to a separate shower room. The property sleeps four and comes with its own parking for two cars, a lawned garden with sitting area and barbecue, and a bike store. An electric vehicle charging point is available. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with initial fuel for the woodburner.
The house is yours alone, with The Cadet Centre nearby and Stroud's cafés and amenities within walking distance. The garden contains a deep pond and steep drops of over a metre, so it suits families with children over ten years old. Dogs stay free; other pets need owner approval before booking. No smoking inside.
