The room was outstanding, but then it’s our room so it would be. Location is as good as the room! Overlooking a beach and the sea, dog friendly all year round. Service is 4 as the site (beachfront) cloakrooms are a little tired, but can’t fault the tv signal, distance to the cloakrooms or the fluid refresh / disposal location. Will we be back, oh yes! We have enjoyed it almost as much as the dogs have!

Beautiful site! We had a fantastic weekend. The Maintenance staff were so helpful with some issues we had with our own caravan, they were so accommodating and very willing to help, thank you. It’s a very clean campsite. Also, a good location for a quick walk to the local pub & chippy. We will definitely be back 😊

Beach site only for camping with no awnings & was fully booked so was in other grass site which was actually better for our dog. Lots of birds. Hot showers but no bench. There were white stools to use instead but top one looked grubby. Had to hang everything up & put my glasses in my coat pocket for safety. Shelf for doing your hair very thin so only just managed to balance my bag on it. Close to pebbly beach, bus 20 mins from site to Southwold or Beccles, Norwich. Sailor's Home pub nearby with bands, food, drink & dog friendly so all you need with good prices. Chip shop up the road & also one on Parkdean site close by.

First time staying with CAMHC & was very pleasantly surprised to find an excellent shower & toilet block, dated, but exceptionally clean & surprisingly warm when showering in the cooler Easter hols. Love the little touches like stools to put bags on & shower caddies to put your wash stuff on. Previous campsite experiences have not had this. The staff onsite were lovely and friendly & clearly keep the site & grounds in beautiful condition. Lovely location for the pebbly beach but would say this is not great location wise in terms of shops/arcades/pool if you only have a motorhome & have kids. AfricaAlive up the road was a great day out, as was the car boot sale if you like that sort of thing but were a 30 mins walk (or 15 mins by bike). We did venture along the road to another large campsite purely for the shop & to take our boy to the arcades to appease him! Our only issue was the Internet WiFi. Our Internet data was patchy where we were parked up so decided to pay for the premium WiFi. We were there 3 nights so had to purchase the week plan at £15. The Wifi heat spots showed we were in a decent signal area HOWEVER, for this day & age & WiFi services nowadays, the one CAMHC have rolled out is atrocious! Firstly, you need to use your own internet data to get logged into the premium service! I could just about get signal holding my phone in a certain position (my partner had to walk to a different area of the park to get his Internet signal). Once logged into the premium WiFi we then discovered only 1 device could use the package we had paid for! It also doesn't allow you to Hotspot off it so my partner couldn't connect his phone to mine when I was logged in. Only 1 device also meant we couldn't connect our TV into it, or Hotspot our TV off my phone! Not that this Premium Wifi actually worked, it was constantly blue circle of death & we eventually gave up attempting to use it so complete waste of money. The next touring park we stayed at, again on a beach/field in the middle of nowhere had free absolutely perfect WiFi no issues whatsoever so it can be done CAMHC!
