Walk through the door of The Barn and you're into a properly proportioned kitchen-diner where a large table anchors the space, with a wood-burning stove warming the adjacent lounge. Everything is on one level, arranged for easy movement between cooking, eating and relaxing. The kitchen handles full meals—it has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A smart TV faces the comfortable seating in the lounge, and local artwork lines the walls.
The three bedrooms are straightforward: a kingsize with an en suite cubicle shower, a second kingsize, and a twin. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi, electricity and the initial fuel for the stove. One well-behaved pet is welcome, though it needs to be kept on a lead given the farm setting. The enclosed garden and patio outside mean you can sit out without worry, and there's parking for up to 4 cars right at the property.
The Barn sits on a working family farm. Smoking is not permitted, and check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.
