Rural south Wales offers everything from the Gower Peninsula's beaches to Brecon Beacons walks, and Llandremor Fawr Cottage sits on a working farm surrounded by hills and open countryside. The detached property stands within 340 acres of shared grounds, with a natural spring water supply and an unfenced brook 10 yards away—something to bear in mind if you're travelling with young children.

The cottage sleeps 5 across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and a single. Downstairs, an open-plan space combines living and dining areas with a woodburner, Freeview Smart TV and CD player, while the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs, a single bathroom has a bath and toilet. Wood-fired central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, as is fuel for the burner and WiFi. One car can park on site, and a cot and stairgate are available on request. Smoking is not permitted.

One dog stays free. From the doorstep you can access walking routes, or drive to the Gower's golden beaches, the showcaves near Cheddar, mountain biking trails at Afan Forest Park, or theme parks such as Oakwood. Swansea itself has restaurants and shops; Cardiff is within reasonable reach.
