We had a fantastic stay here and can honestly say it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in the UK. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very family friendly, with a lovely courtyard area that creates a really relaxing atmosphere. We travelled with our 3-year-old daughter and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to store her food in the fridge and helped heat it up when needed, which made a huge difference for us as parents. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and kept at the perfect temperature. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel also has ample parking which made everything very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service — we would happily return and highly recommend it to families.

Stayed here for a night and I have to say that the reviews stating that the rooms were not clean had me a little worried, however our room was spotless as were the corridors and common areas. The 'False' smell one person describes is in fact the smell of new carpets having been laid in the corridors so notuch they can do about that. The water pressure is a little low but perfectly okay for a shower provided you aren't in a hurry. Overall I was happy with the accomodation and it was nice and close to several nice eateries. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely afternoon tea today. Was seated in a nice quiet area of the room with a good view of the gardens. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The sandwiches, scones (with cream and jam), tea cakes and coffee was delicious. Also took into account my allergy information and ensured my needs were met.

Shoutout to James for helping me out during my late arrival/returns and his great customer service. Lovely hotel on the edge of scenic Faringdon. Wide selection of breakfast options but I sadly had no opportunity to try their restaurant dinner.
