What visitors say
The best gym for miles around. My only complaint is that it doesnt stay open a bit later. Welcoming staff, always happy to help or show you how to use something.

Used to have two squash courts and a climbing wall, both of which I used. Now these are gone and target "audience" is aged old people, which I now am. "Circuits Gold" takes place each Tuesday morning in the old squash court. I do go quite regularly but don't enjoy it as much as I did when it was a squash court. "Circuits Gold" is of course a "play on words". It is in fact "Circuits Old". I like to keep active and at my age should not complain. It is a good service, and I know there are more facilities targetted at younger people. I still prefer my walking group which does about 6 miles each week in the beautiful countryside of North Wales.

I use the main gym and attend some classes. The equipment and facilities are really good. The staff are friendly and approachable. The instructors who I’ve done classes with (Dave, Emma, Kieron and Paul) are fantastic, they push / challenge you but there is no pressure to do more than your physically capable. Junction gym is my happy place ☺️
